How do I book a session or project?

Simply complete one of our booking forms or contact us directly. Once we've discussed your requirements and confirmed availability, a booking fee will be required to secure your date.

Do you require a booking fee?

Yes. A non-refundable booking fee is required for all bookings. This secures your date in our calendar and allows us to begin planning your project.

How much do you charge?

Our pricing varies depending on the project. Most portrait sessions start from £125, event coverage from £150, promotional films from £350 and wedding packages from £495. Visit our Pricing & Packages page for more information.

How far do you travel?

We are based in South and West Wales and regularly work throughout Wales and the UK. Travel costs may apply depending on the location of your project. This information will be in your personalised quote, along with full cost breakdowns as we believe in complete transparency with our clients.

How long will it take to receive my photos or video?

Delivery times vary depending on the project. Portrait sessions are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks, while larger projects such as weddings and promotional films may take several weeks. We will provide an estimated delivery date when booking.

How will I receive my images or videos?

All final images and films are delivered digitally through a secure online gallery or download link, making it easy to view, share and download your content. Additionally, you can request physical photos at an extra cost.

Can I request specific shots or ideas?

Absolutely. We encourage clients to share inspiration, ideas and must-have shots before the project. Our goal is to create content that reflects your vision while adding our own creative expertise.

What happens if the weather is bad?

For outdoor shoots, we will always monitor weather conditions. Depending on the project, we may continue, adjust the plan or rearrange for another suitable date.

Do you offer both photography and videography?

Yes. We offer photography, videography and combined photo and film packages for a range of projects including weddings, events, businesses, sports and creative productions.

Do you edit all photographs and videos?

Yes. Every image and video delivered to clients is professionally edited to ensure the highest quality and consistency.

Can I purchase additional edits or content?

Of course. Additional images, extended edits and extra deliverables can be discussed and quoted separately.

What should I wear for my photoshoot?

We recommend wearing outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. Neutral colours often photograph well, but we are happy to provide guidance based on your chosen style and location.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We understand plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling where possible. Booking fees are non-refundable.
